Leadership Training

Half-day, full-day and multi-day workshops in which we teach tools and methods, role-play, and otherwise help leaders achieve great results through others.


Strategy via thought partnership

We work with your leadership team, (typically in leadership retreats,) introducing concepts and frameworks that stimulate creative approaches to competitive differentiation and facilitating alignment and actionable plans for execution.


Organizational design

Where is your organization headed? Is it designed to achieve your objectives? We work with you on defining roles and responsibilities, describing the key processes that can “de-silo” your organization, rewards and metrics that will create transparency and alignment for your teams, and the practices needed to engage, develop, and retain your people.


Agile (or other) transformation

We work with you to implement existing business management frameworks, such as Agile, developing new organizational structures, processes and capabilities, and introducing and training on tools for collaboration and alignment.


Leadership retreats

Meeting together regularly as a leadership team is essential to discussing the big picture - where the organization is going and how it will get there. Retreats cover cultural development, strategic planning, and alignment on execution. Think of us as a fractional executive joining these meetings to be a thought partner, interjecting insights and ideas from a different perspective. We can also play the role of facilitator for leadership meetings, creating fresh ways of looking at challenges and opportunities.
